PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing Times:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and once the item has shipped. Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed, but returns can still be made. Necessitingz is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or if an incorrect address is entered at checkout. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is the customer's responsibility to file any missing or stolen item claims with the appropriate postal carrier or credit card company.
If your order is delivered damaged, you must report it within 14 days. The damaged package must be taken to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf. Please contact us imminently following the discovery of any issues so that we may do our best to find a solution.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
While most domestic shipments deliver within 3 business days after ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery as processing and shipping times may vary.
We do not split shipments. Orders are shipped once all items in the order are ready for shipment. For shipments exceeding $300, a signature is required upon delivery.
Any packages returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
