RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
DOMESTIC RETURNS
At Necessitingz, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information, as Necessitingz is not responsible for lost or missing returns. Return tracking will be provided through our returns portal.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All Necessitingz items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached, and folded neatly in their original packaging.
- Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or that do not meet our return policy will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, the damaged item will not be shipped back to you.
- Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style. If available.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Once your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We will send you an email confirming that your return has been completed.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges will be processed and shipped within the same 10 business day window after receiving the return.
- Please note, we do not refund original shipping charges.
By placing an order with Necessitingz, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping, return, and refund policies, including the ineligibility for refunds on items that do not meet our return conditions, as well as our terms and conditions.
